Abstract :Descartes` la başlayan Hume, Kant, Hegel, Nietzsche ve Heidegger`le şekillenen Batı düşüncesindeki zihniyet dönüşümünü yeterince anlamadan, ne tarihi İslam düşüncesinin günümüze müteallik önemini takdir etmek, ne de yeni bir İslam düşüncesi inşası projesinin temellerini oluşturmak mümkün olacaktır. Bu sebeple bizim Batı düşüncesini tanıma sürecimiz, aynı zamanda kendi düşüncemizi keşfetme ve düşünce kimliğimizi oluşturmanın da başlangıcı olmaktadır.
