Abstract :İktisat en geniş anlamıyla üç temel metodoloji ile iktisadı meseleye yaklaşmaktadır: i. Tahmin- geleceğe dair tahminlerde bulunmak ve bağlantılı olarak geçmişteki olayları açıklamaya çalışmak; ii. tarif- bugün ve geçmişte vuku bulmuş olaylara ve durumlara makul bir tafsilat arz etmek; iii. Değerlendirme- kurumların ve yapısal politikaların normatif değerlendirmesini yapmak.
