Abstract :Üçüncü dünya ülkeleri üzerinden sıcak savaşı sürdüren Batı’nın adaletle dağıttığı tek şey silahtır, diye ifade edilen garip paradoksu nasıl izah edebiliriz? Acaba tacir Batı, savaşçı Batı`yı sonunda mağlup mu etmiştir? Yoksa her ikisi de Marks`ın; “Ticaret savaşın ilkel şeklidir.” sözü üzerinde uzlaşmaya mı varmışlardır?
