Abstract :Human capital, an important component of economic development, have increased in importance as knowledge, innovation and technological development have accelerated. The concept of human capital is observed from a broader perspective by including the effect of technological development on economic indicators in the endogenos growth of models. Together with physical capital, the improvement of technological and human capital in production will contribute to the provision of economical development. In the study, the impact of using the technology and human capital in BRICS countries and Turkey has been studied by using panel data regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it has been seen that technology and human capital contribute positively to economic development.
