Abstract :Araştırmada İzmir ilinde farklı satış yerlerinden sağlanan bozalarda kuru madde, toplam şeker, kül, genel asit, uçar asit, pH, etil alkol ve metil alkol analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar TSE Boza standardına göre irdelenmiştir.
