Abstract :Permeatın insanların kullanımı için endüstriyel olarak değerlendirilmesi, teknolojik olarak fisibil ve ekonomik olarak cazip işlemlerin varlığına bağlıdır. Bu çalışma, endüstriyel olarak permeatın insan gıdası ve diğer amaçlarla kullanım tekniklerini açıklamaya yöneliktir. Burada, permeatın bileşimi, fermentasyon ürünleri, permeattan üretilen içecekler, laktozu hidrolize edilmiş şurup, saf ve kristalize laktoz ve diğer bazı ürünlerin üretim metotları kısaca tartışılacaktır.
