Abstract :The article describes the incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis in newborns in the perinatal center №3 Turkestan. For three years in the perinatal center there were born 24 516 children. From 1599 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(6.53%); were born preterm. During this period, 48 children were diagnosed with necrotizing enterocolitis. Among all patients with NEC 85.42% insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(41 children); were preterm infants and 14.58% insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(7 children); - born on time. Submitted differentiated approach to the treatment depending on the stage of the disease.
