Abstract :The article discusses the current and little-studied in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis tasks of development and introduction into clinical practice of computer systems. With the help of these tasks can optimize the processes of the organization and management of medical diagnostic procedure. Shows a block diagram of the automated medical- diagnostic system insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AMDS);, which solves the problem. Lists the tasks that must decide ALDS .We investigate the function of each unit of the system.
