Abstract :Systemic lupus erythematosus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SLE); - an autoimmune process that is manifested systemic disease of connective tissue of the body insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SZST); and is characterized by difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. However, despite improvements in diagnosis and treatment, for the last ten, five years both in Kazakhstan and in the South Kazakhstan region continues to increase in patients with SZST. It should be noted that the socio-economic importance SLE holds a dominant position. At the same time, often ill women of childbearing age. Based on the above mentioned we can conclude: the study of SLE disease among the adult population, as well as the development of measures for its prevention - it is an urgent problem.
