Abstract :This article discusses the relevance of this issue, the factors of formation of tolerance in Kazakhstan, some way of upbringing of youth culture of tolerance. At all times, this problem is treated with great interest, the interest in this issue today is dictated by complex political processes in our country and the world at large. Education of culture of tolerance long and complex process that goes through several stages: family, school, university, etc. The core in the upbringing of tolerant consciousness among young people should be spiritual values. Most of the higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan as a basis for the formation of tolerance at students took the program adopted by the online seminar, held with the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
