Abstract :In the work considered an influence of administrative control procedure to management efficiency by an organization. Such an influence shown in GIS-space. By algorithmization of administrative control procedure is carried the condition out when efficiency is provided with management. Herewith revealed the content of sent massage to the centre of the organization. Such the reveal is estimated by manageability of an active system Ac. All of these are presented in visualization GIS-space.
