Abstract :The questions of creation of electronic ctalogs and full-text databases of information resources of the cultural heritage Central Asian Turks pertaining to the modern Kazakhstan in written sources of the XIXth century are considered. The virtual environment through the organization of operational research, data processing and remote access to the necessary sources and resources on the basis of new information technologies is created. Information resources in electronic catalogs and full-text databases give the chance fully analyze different aspects of information resources, vividly reconstruct the features of the situation and follow through the history of creation the individual elements of the cultural heritage of that period of modern Kazakhstan.
