Abstract :In article questions of efficiency of functioning of agro-industrial cooperation in the Republic of Karakalpakstan are considered. The developed principles, methodology and system of indicators for an assessment of efficiency of agriculture of the enterprises, branches and agrarian and industrial complex in general remain a basis for all system of agricultural cooperation and its value in stabilization and development of agriculture of the republic.
