Abstract :Tendencies of the world food market are the major factor of development of the food-processing industry of Kazakhstan in the conditions of progressing globalization. Last decades Kazakhstan became one of the largest importers of the foodstuffs that reduces not only food, but also economic safety of the country. The account of tendencies of the world market at formation of strategy of the enterprises is necessary for maintenance of high competitiveness of the domestic foodstuffs.
