Abstract :In work the review of medical supplies which provide antidepressive effect at alcoholics is done. It is established that therapy by antidepressants of various structure insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(tsitalopram, remeron, fluvocsamin, paksil, pyrazidolum, azaphenum, fenotropil, melaksen, trazodonum); is applied at a chronic alcoholic disease. The studied inhibitors of the inverse capture of a serotonin, selection in work, reduce an inclination to alcohol. It is shown that by means of antidepressants it is possible not only to influence depressive frustration, but also to stop a pathological inclination to alcohol. Antidepressants of various groups influence different neuromediator systems, resulting finally in one result - a normalization of katekholamine exchange.
