Abstract :This article analyzes the factors that influenced the emergence of legal madhhabs in Islam. If to enumerate, then it should be noted the formation of the features of the madhhab, as the emergence of certain Prophetic Hadiths insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(sas); regarding any issue in different situations, different degrees of knowledge of the hadiths of the Imams, various explanations of the actions of the Prophet, the influence of customs on decisions, views Regarding the adoption of the fatwa of the Companions insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Sahaba); as a basis, and their non-acceptance, as well as the methods for issuing fatwas and the difference in the rules.
