Abstract :Today, women`s rights are a fairly popular institution of any research on human rights. The social essence and legal protection of women from persecution is also very popular along with the evolving concept of stalking. The present also reveals the special rights of women in case of undesirable obsessive accompaniment.In many respects this is possible due to the specificity of women`s rights at the national and world levels. This makes protection of women`s rights from stalking a special direction of civil-law treatment of stalking.
