Abstract :Nowadays medical legal conflictology became one of the most sharply increasing directions of current medical law. As a main feature of medical-legal conflictology oppose to the fundamental studies of medical law it is actual to notice that the main accent in medical-legal conflictology is directed to a\the several precedents according to normative base. Data of normative base are analysing in actual mathematical algorithm according to statistical data. Furthermore, results of each date will be calculated in a precedent. All of this shows the level of precedent effectiveness in the contemporary legal area.
