Abstract :The article describes the most common defect in the duodenal ulcer of Meckel. In recent years, it has been revealed that this type of defect is the cause of intestinal obstruction. Diagnostic and clinical features of the Meckel defect are given. And also, the invasive method of endovideosurgery is described.
