Abstract :During the period 2015-2017 the mammography examination was conducted to 154103 women in the region insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2015-50271; 2016-50271; 2017-53561);. Fibrous-cystic mastopathy from all screened women was detected in 95605 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(62.04%); women, benign cyst in 1525 women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.99%);, lipoma in 832 women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.54%);, fibroadenoma in 416 women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.27%);, breast cancer - in 404 women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.26%);. From the 404 women who had breast cancer, 276 of them revealed I stage breast cancer, and in 128 of them - the II stage. Mammographic research of the mammary gland in women 50-60 years, makes it possible to uncover breast cancer in the early stages. After the introduction of prophylactic mammography into practice, in the last years, the rate of breast cancer in the late stages has decreased to 24.5%, and the rate of diagnosis in the early stages has increased from 65.4% to 84%.
