Abstract :In the article deals with change of quality indicators in the treatment of patients with different methods. The algorithm and the program of determination of results of these methods are given. Qualitative signs are expressed by non-numeric values. They are subdivided into alternative, attribute and ordinal. In medical and biological researches, qualitative features are used. The results of statistical processing of qualitative features will help to draw the appropriate conclusions.
