Abstract :The article analyzes the comparative analysis of the education system in Germany and Kazakhstan, its changes and the main features of secondary education. There is also a selection of study subjects in a foreign language, training materials for CLIL lessons, and specific requirements for CLIL teachers. The foreign expert - the “native speakers”, the rationales of the German practice on the issues of teacher training and professional development of teachers, integration of physics into the English language are disclosed. A review of current schools in Germany, bilingual education in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Wurttemberg, the history of CLIL technology development, analysis of the views of foreign and domestic researchers, and the effectiveness and inefficiency of bilingual learning were identified.
