Abstract :The article deals with the history of the creation and improvement of the newspaper `Kazakh tili`, published in the city of Semipalatinsk in the period from 1919 to 1928. The article touches upon the organizational activity of responsible editors for the issue of the newspaper `Kazakh tili`. The works of publishers who participated in the publication of the first issues of the newspaper are presented. Also covered are the authors-journalists who participated in the publication of the newspaper and the topics of their articles. The headings and circulation of the newspaper `Kazakh tili` are revealed.
