Abstract :This article analyzes the demographic catastrophe that was committed by brutal politics and brutal terrorist acts committed in conditions of forced collectivism without any prior preparation by the Soviet totalitarian system. As a result, during collectivization, the death toll exceeded the Nazi genocide against the Jews in Europe and surpassed the violence of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. It was the most cruel and evil history of mankind of the 20th Century. Soviet Russia implemented the idea of ethnocide as a means of absorption and assimilation of national minorities and peoples. As a result, the continuity between imperial policy of Tsarist Russia and the national policy of the Soviet authorities is obvious. In this regard, within the framework of specific statistical and archival data, the article examines a forced collectivization policy, the goal of which was an ethnocide committed by the Soviet authorities to the Kazakh people.
Keywords : collectivization, Russia, Kazakh people, confiscation, terrorism, poverty, deportation, uprising, death of cattle, refugees, ethnocide
