Abstract :The current situation of sovereign Kazakhstan shows Islam and Orthodox should exist in the relationship, mutual support. They make a significant contribution to this problem in order to make people of different faiths, different ethnic backgrounds feel comfortable, understand, and realize that representatives of different religions are all the same people who have a single mother, a single beginning. Therefore, they should support each other, help spread this spirituality in society, contribute to the strengthening of the spiritual principles of both the person and society as a whole. Both Islam and Orthodoxy are two powerful pillars on which the entire building of spiritual harmony in our society rests. In that regard much has been done by religious associations, science, and the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan much remains to be done. In today`s globalizing world, interreligious tolerance, spiritual harmony are the most important components of maintaining and preserving peace and stability between peoples and states.
