Abstract :The article deals with the laws and principles of distribution of productive forces which are the most common relationship between the productive forces and the territory. The most important regularities of production location are noted. The basic principles of productive forces placement are singled out. Other principles are also taken into account in the allocation of productive forces, such as the principle of regulating the growth of large cities, the activation of large and small cities. The integrated use of natural resources and the introduction of waste-free technologies in the processing of raw materials and fuel are of particular importance.
