Abstract :In this article, along with the consideration of the importance of the study of the philosophy of M.Kh.Dulati, the individual features of his ethics are shown. In particular, the connection with Islamic theology, intertwining with aesthetics. Here the system of independent Turkic-Kazakh ethical concepts, not similar to Europe, which roots come from the Turkic worldview existing before it, their continuity, ethical directions in the form of winged expressions, and in poetic forms, and in the form of aphorisms, interrelation of moral reflections with own life experience, presence in historical events of the ideas offered by it, at the same time ethics created by him belongs to the world ethics and modern actual moral values, etc., is freely transferred. Such original views of the thinker are quoted in the texts of «Tarikh-i Rashidi» and in the views of domestic and foreign philosophers.
