Abstract :This article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the legal regulation of the order of marriage and conditions of marriage. The article deals with national and foreign legislation that have a number of common features: reaching the age of marriage, responsibility for concealing circumstances that prevent marriage, prohibition of marriages between close relatives, adoptive parents and adopted children, prohibition of marriage with limited or fully capable persons.
