Abstract :The work is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competence of students of engineering and technical specialties of the University. The authors tried to analyze the current views of scientists on the legal competence of students of future bachelors of technical specialties. The novelty of this work consists in combining theoretical and methodological aspects with practice in higher education, where the authors note the importance of applying legal and pedagogical situations in the study of legal disciplines. The uniqueness of the work lies in the references to the pedagogical experience of the best teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, which is a comparative analysis and synthesis of teaching skills in the CIS countries. Special emphasis is placed on training bachelors with high professional training who are competent in solving legal issues. The results of the analysis of the process of forming the legal competence of future bachelors are presented.
