Abstract :Objective We aimed to show whether insufficiency develops in pancreatic exocrine functions since the insulin resistance period or not. Method We measured the anthropometric parameters, blood glucose profile parameters and fecal elastase-1 levels of a total of 65 obese patients with 35 insulin resistance and 30 without insulin resistance.
