Abstract :During this period the Rightly Guided Caliphs it has been followed the same line that the Prophet applied in public relations. The public relations that were based on the principles of Qur’an and the Sunna, were set up as regard for human’s worth. In other words, the Caliphs paid attention to universal worths such as human rights, freedom of religion and conscience, love, respect, tolerance, justice and administered in accordance with Islam and humanistic principles
