Abstract :“Emir Sultan” adıyla tanınan Mehmed Şemseddin Buhârî hakkında pek çok menâkıbnâme kaleme alınmıştır. Bunlardan birisi de Emir Sultan’ın halifelerinden, Tuzla Medresesi’nde müderrislik yapan Gönenli Yahyâ b. Bahşî’nin “Menâkıbu’l-Cevâhir” isimli eseridir. 121 sayfa olan eserde Emir Sultan hakkındaki menkabelerin yanı sıra onun halifelerinden Hacı İsâ Dede ve Hacı Mustafa Dede hakkında da menkabeler yer almaktadır
