Abstract :Konya of Seljuk was also the capital of knowledge, culture and art alongside to be the politic capital. Seljuk structures appear as places where many arts, especially tile art, were applied. The city was one of the most significant tile art hubs of the period. Nevertheless, it lost this significance after beyliks period. In Ottoman period, tile art progressed in cities such as Iznik, Istanbul and Kutahya. And starting from 18th century, tile art also regressed like the other fields of art. With national architecture movement which started in the end of 19th century, tile decoration samples came up again in architecture. In our article, tile decorations seen in Konya in architectural works which were created in period named national architecture movement that started in Ottoman’s last times and developed in Republic’s early times. Technical features, colours, patterns and influential periods of these tiles which appear in religious and civil structures are emphasised
