Abstract :Osteomlar membranöz kemiklerin yavaş büyüyen benign tümörleridir. Osteomlar kalvaryumun en sık primer benign tümörleridir. Kalvaryum osteomları genellikle dış tabuladan kaynaklanırlar. Asemptomatik lezyonlarda tedavi gerekmemektedir. Kozmetik nedenlerle cerrahi eksizyon yapılabilir. Çalışmamızda 51 yaşında bir erkek hasta temporoparyetal bölgede şişlik nedeniyle opere edildi. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucu osteom tanısı konuldu. Olgu literatür gözden geçirilerek sunuldu.
