Abstract :Death is a natural part of life and is inevitable. A good death is a process where all the variables in the process of death, as well as the place and time of death are under control, physical symptoms are managed, an individualized end-of-life care is provided, social participation occurs, and death can be planned and prepared. Diagnosing the patient's death within the planning process and an appropriate care is provided by ensuring comfortable.. In order to structure a good death, it is important to; identify the priorities in the care of a person who is about to die, establish a sensitive communication with the individual and her or his family, work with a multidisciplinary understanding of team, conduct interventions and drug management that would provide the patient comfort, remember that cultural and it is important to note that spiritual needs are part of care and to be aware of ethical issues related to death. Update the knowledge of health professionals on death and management; This issue should be given more weight in undergraduate and graduate programs.
