Abstract :Bu makalede Arap yarımadasında çok eski bir medeniyete sahip olan Bahreyn’de son derecede geç bir dönemde başlayan ve hâlâ da istenilen düzeye gelememiş kısa öykünün doğuşu, gelişmesi ve belli başlı şahsiyetleri ile bu şahsiyetlerin eserleri ayrıca kısaca edebi kişilikleri ele alındı.
