Abstract :ÖZET Geçmişten bugüne Türkistan coğrafyası Çin ve Rusya gibi iki büyük gücün nüfuz ve hakimiyet mücadelesine sahne olmuştur. Son yüz yıllık dönemde siyasi sistem değişiminde de bu güçlerin rol oynadığı görülür. Geleneksel toplumsal yapı, boy sisteminin uzantısıdır. 1990`larda bağımsız Türk cumhuriyetleri kurulduktan sonra, bu yapının aktörleri sistem içerisinde daha etkin hale gelmiştir. ABSTRACT From the past to today, Turkestan geography was exposed to domination struggle by two great powers like Russian and China. For last one hundred years, these powers played role at the political system change. Traditional societal structure inherited from tribal system. In 1990`s after building independent Turkic Republics, actors of this structure are more effective in that system.
