Abstract :The radical religious movements that originated in the Middle East started activities intensely after the independence of the Central Asian Turkish Republics. Taking advantage of the religious vacuum after the collapse of the USSR for their radical religious movements in this area, these movements propagated radical Islam in the Central Asia and Balkans, where Muslim Turks are in majority and have traditional Hanafi-Maturidit understanding of Islam. However, the Salafi-Wahhabi understanding of Islam with radical philosophy based on Kharijite understanding and containing violence disturbed people. This situation has led to experiencing serious problems .
