Kırıkkale Üniversitesi İslami İlimler Fakültesi Kırıkkale 00905075551059 [email protected] ملخص لقد كان أثر التربية القرآنية واضحا في سلوك حكام الدولة العثمانية ؛ لذلك عملوا على إرساء السلم في مجتعهم  ، وقد اعتمدوا في ذلك استراتيجية تتوافق مع المنهج القرآني القائم على التجميع لا التفريق ، فلم يكن لدى العثمانيين التعصب لقومية أو عرق ، بل لعلنا لا نبالغ إذا قلنا إنهم كانوا لا يتعصبون حتى لدينهم ، لذلك عاش في دولتهم جميع الملل والنحل ، ولجأ إليهم المضطهدون في العالم ، ومنهم اليهود الذين فروا من هتلر ليحميهم العثمانيون ، ويقدموا لهم العون والعيش الكريم في دولتهم ،وسوف تتم دراسة هذا الموضوع في فصلين: 1. استراتجية الدولة العثمانية لتأسيس السلم الاجتماعي. 2. استراتيجيات السلم في القرآن .   Ottoman strategy in establishing social peace insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Compared to the Holy Quran); Abstract                  The influence of Quranic education was evident in the behavior of the rulers of the Ottoman Empire . So they worked to establish peace in their community . They adopted a strategy consistent with the Qur`anic approach based on aggregation rather than differentiation . The Ottomans did not have nationalism or ethnicity . But we do not exaggerate if we say that they were not fanatic even to their religion . Therefore, all the boredom and the bees lived in their state. Including the Jews who fled Hitler to be protected by the Ottomans . And provide them with help and a decent life in their state . This topic will be studied in two chapters:   1. The strategy of the Ottoman Empire to establish social peace.   2. Strategies for peace in the Qur`an.
