Abstract :Code of professional ethics is adopted and accepted by professionsin general. Professions, who obey the rules of professional ethics, acquire confidence and respect of theirselves business environment in the view of their honesty and justness of their services. Professions unburden their own conscienses and take into confidence their own information and capability.Professions are resposible for public interest. Public interest means common benefit of society and enterprises. If professions lose confidence of theirselves business environment, they can be marginalized in the view of economic, social and commercial contacts. Activities which are suitable for particular rules and standards are of high quality. Deceiving others is the cause of wasting resources and time. The aim of this study is to search effects of concept and conduct of professional ethics over business life. So with this purpose the questionaire has been given to those accountants. In this study the received data has been collected with questionary. The questions about demographic characteristics and code of professional ethics have been asked those accountants. The results have been interpreted with statistical analysis methods
