Abstract :School staff takes place informal groups in order to alive the institution according to the predetennined school goals.They also make informal groups, set in terms of personal benefits and friendship and carry out group activities. School principal should percieve school, staffs as ,a member of a group formal and informal He /she also must know that both groups have an effect on the behaviors of the group members.In other words , the individual 'behaves differently when he/she is in me group, or alone. So, the school principal, must take this into account m his/her school activities. Finally educational administration must be aware bf that the behaviors are source related , can be learned, changed and the staff behave differently in and out of the group
