Abstract :Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bilgin, 1953 yılında Diyarbakır’ın tarihi ilçesi Silvan’a bağlı Gırkı Boto insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Çevriksu); köyünde dünyaya geldi.
