Abstract :This research examines the role of Religious Education Programs and textbooks in combating addiction. This research evaluates the extent to which addiction is addressed, the contribution of the content to the objectives, the quality of the messages, and the adequacy of activities and exercises in raising awareness. The research was conducted using a descriptive design, a qualitative research method, and content analysis was employed to examine the content of Religious Education Programs and textbooks aimed at combating addiction. The findings indicate that while these programs include direct and indirect learning outcomes related to addiction, these outcomes are largely cognitive, while those addressing the affective domain are quite limited. In addition, it is understood that the subject of addiction in the relevant programs and textbooks is mostly discussed within the framework of material addiction types such as cigarettes, alcohol, drugs and gambling, and that the digital, psychological and behavioral dimensions of addiction are not adequately reflected. Keywords : Din Eğitimi, Bağımlılık, Din Öğretim Programları ve Ders Kitapları, Bilişsel ve Duyuşsal Kazanımlar.
