Abstract :31.12.2010 tarihine kadar da yürürlükte kalan CMUK’un 110. maddesinde tutukluluk süresiyle ilgili aynen şu hüküm mevcut idi: “Hazırlık soruşturmasında tutukluluk süresi azami altı aydır. Kamu davasının açılması halinde bu süre hazırlık soruşturmasında tutuklu- lukta geçen süre dahil iki yılı geçemez.”
