Abstract :Bu makalenin amacı Ulusal Kurtuluş Savaşı’ndan sonra kurulan genç Cumhuriyetin gelişip ilerlemesi, köyün ve toplumun sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel, eğitimsel açıdan içten canlandırılması amacıyla 17 Nisan 1940 tarihinde yasal düzenlemesi yapılan, Köy Enstitüleri sistemini Süreç Temelli Öğrenme açısından ele alarak ortak ve benzer taraflarını ortaya koymaktır. Köy Enstitüleri sistemi öğrencinin kendi eylemleri ve etkin katılımı yoluyla eğitim sisteminde de olumlu ürünlerinden yararlanılması gereken bir sistem olarak hak ettiği önemi tekrar kazanmalıdır
