Abstract :Nowadays, there is a wide variety of computer programming languages and database management systems, and these various programming languages and database management systems have advantages and disadvantages over each other. Regardless of the language, databases are an indispensable component of a computer program. Thanks to databases, computer programs store the data they need or produce and perform the given tasks by accessing these data when necessary. For a computer program to run efficiently and quickly, both the database and the computer program must be well-structured. In this study, C# and Python languages, which are the most widely used programming languages among these various programming languages are evaluated in terms of processing performance and the amount of code that needs to be written to perform data manipulation operations (INSERT, SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE) over the MSSQL database, which one of the most widely used database management systems
Keywords : C, Python, MSSQL, DML Operations, Code Writing, Performance
