Abstract :In this paper, the Turkish-American relationship is studied in light ofthe Armenian “genocide” claims. Furthermore, how the relations betweenTurkey and Armenia will be shaped under the Caucasus and the Middle Eastpolicies of the U.S. and Russia is explored. In this context, whether or not theObama administration will ratify the Armenian “genocide” bill is discussed
