Abstract :GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kolistin verilen hastalarda nefrotoksisite gelişiminin ve bunu etkileyen faktörlerin değerlendirilmesidir. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Kolistin verilen 51 hasta nefrotoksiste gelişen ve gelişmeyenler olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Gruplar, demografik özellikler ve laboratuar verileri yönünden karşılaştırıldı.BULGULAR: Hastaların %64,7’sinde kolistine bağlı nefrotoksisite saptandı. Nefrotoksisite gelişen hastaların ölüm oranı daha yüksek bulundu p: 0,01 .TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Yoğun bakım hastalarında kolistin nefrotoksisitesine dikkat edilmelidir.
