Abstract :Kardiyak kitlelerin tanısında ilk basamak transtorasik ekokardiyografi ve transözefagial ekokardiyografidir. Ayırıcı tanıda koroner angiografi, MDCT ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme kullanılır. Biz ekokardiyografik inceleme sırasında sol ventriküler kitle imajına benzeyen bir sol ventrikül psödoanevrizması olgusu sunduk.
