Abstract :Tekrarlayan Psikojenik Afoni: Bir Olgu SunumuKonversiyon Bozukluğu, bilinen herhangi bir nörolojik ya da tıbbi bir bozukluk ile açıklanamayan bir veya daha fazla nörolojik semptomla karakterize bir bozukluktur. Daha önce histerik afoni olarak adlandırılan psikojenik afoni ise psikososyal stresörler sonrası ani ses kaybı ile giden bir tür konversiyon bozukluğudur. Psikojenik afoni, DSM-IV’te motor belirtilerle giden konversiyon bozukluğu başlığında, ICD-10’da ise dissosiatif bozukluklar altında dissosiatif motor bozukluk olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Bu yazıda psikososyal stresörlerle tekrarlayan bir psikojenik afazi olgusu ve tedavisi sunulmuştur.
